Our team at Land Exchange Partners will return a countersigned copy of the contract to you for your records and send the earnest money to a local title company in your area.

Due Diligence

Land Exchange Partners  conducts due diligence, including zoning, road access, setbacks, percolation testing, soil mapping, etc.   

closing

Closing will occur at the office of the local Escrow Agent (or by mail, at the parties' discretion.) You'll receive the agreed upon payment in a secure, simple transaction.
